Every fixed SEO tier inherits the hosting service’s existing CDN/proxy entitlement. Monitoring may use DNS, TLS, availability, cache, performance, sitemap, and crawl signals, but SEO spend does not silently grant Enterprise POP access or change CDN licensing.
